The Ealing Townhouse is a beautiful property that has recently undergone extensive renovation work. Perla was responsible for ensuring that the rooms were “flooded with light” which was achieved with floor-to-ceiling steel windows, ensuring unobstructed views.
A classically authentic duplex system (B195N09FDU) was fitted to the impressive windows, allowing smooth operation whilst providing security to a larger window. To match the straight lever window handle, a B395 peg stay was selected to fix the window into position for increased air ventilation.
Our wedges were also fitted to the windows as they are necessary for traditional cockspur windows. These ensure a tight seal when the window is closed and locked.
Internal doors are enhanced with the B85FG150 - a Face Mounted Bolt that can be easily locked and unlocked with a 2.5mm allen key.
To compliment the black frames, the customer decided on gun metal for a subtle contrast on all hardware present.
